At 45 miles long, 860 feet deep, and covering 128 square miles, Lake Clark has limitless options for exploring. Hug the shoreline in a kayak, head straight for the fishing grounds in our rental skiff, or hop in our water taxi and let us take you to your destination. Lake Clark is the sixth largest lake in Alaska and it won't disappoint you. For ideas see some of our suggestions under the Excursions menu at the top of the page.
Kayak Rentals and Canoe Rentals

We offer Wilderness Systems Tsunami 175 single kayaks and Polaris 180T tandem kayaks. Kayaks are multi-day touring sea kayaks with rudders. Life jackets, paddles, spray skirts, bilge pumps, paddle floats and sponges are included with every rental. NEW! We now offer kayak paddles for kids.
Inflatable Kayaks New for 2021! Heading into Lake Clark National Park’s backcountry? We now offer AIRE Tributary Sawtooth II inflatable kayaks. A true touring kayak, the Tributary Sawtooth II Inflatable Kayak is a lightweight inflatable ideal for flatwater adventures. With room for two paddlers and plenty of gear, head out on your favorite lake, bay or laid-back river and stay for a night or two. These kayaks are ideal for paddling on any of Lake Clark’s fly-in only lakes. Such as Twin Lakes, Telequana, Taziminas or Turquoise.
Canoe A great option for those wishing to meander on the water and fish. Stay in our cabin and arrange for a canoe rental so you can paddle and fish anytime. There's plenty of daylight during Alaskan summers! (Please note our canoe is not geared for multi-day or open water crossings on Lake Clark’s vast waters.)
